Chanel T. McCarthy is a shareholder attorney with Gross Shuman P.C. who focuses her practice in the areas of Business Counsel and Litigation, Trust and Estate Litigation, Employment Law and Cross Border.
She has more than 15 years of experience assisting clients with their business needs across a range of industries with an emphasis on the hospitality industry and construction sector.
Chanel's business acumen was developed and fostered at an early age as she grew up immersed in her family's construction business. Founded by her grandparents, immigrants from Sicily, more than a half century ago, being part of a family business taught her invaluable lessons that shape her practice today.
Trust and Estate Litigation
Despite advance planning and best intentions, estates can be complicated matters, and at times require additional legal intervention to resolve. Chanel knows a thing or two about Canada having been raised north of the border in the Niagara region of Ontario.
