Kevin Lelonek focuses his law practice in the areas of business litigation and business bankruptcy and reorganization. He works closely with clients ranging from large private-sector companies, to family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations. Since joining Gross Shuman in 2017, Kevin has worked closely with veteran business bankruptcy attorney Robert Feldman to assist clients in navigating the complex process of filing for bankruptcy protection and successfully restructuring debt and other obligations. There is no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to such a serious decision for your business, and Kevin works with each client to review the specifics of their situation, present them will all viable options, and then craft a plan to bring about the best resolution.
