Kevin Lelonek focuses his practice in the areas of business bankruptcy and reorganization and business litigation. He works closely with clients ranging from large private-sector companies, to family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations. In every matter, Kevin works closely with the client to identify the nuances of their individual situation and craft a plan that best meets their needs.

Kevin assists business owners across a wide range of industries with navigating the complex process of filing for bankruptcy protection and successfully restructuring debt and other obligations. Kevin works with each client to review the specifics of their situation, presents them with all viable options, and works toward achieving the best possible outcome.
