Kimberly W. Sayoc

Kimberly W. Sayoc is a senior counsel who focuses her practice in the area of corporate law. She has worked with clients of all size across a wide range of industries including commercial real estate and development, manufacturing, hospitality, and financial services.

Kim brings more than 20 years of experience as a corporate attorney in private practice and as in-house counsel to every client matter. She advises corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and individuals in all areas of corporate and transactional law.

Kim takes a collaborative approach to her practice, partnering with her clients to meet their needs and solve their problems in a cost-effective and efficient manner. 

Prior to joining Gross Shuman, Kim served as Counsel at Delaware North Companies, Inc. and gained considerable experience working as a corporate attorney in private practice handling transactional work, contract review, M&A matters, matters related to compliance with contractual requirements, reporting requirements, licenses and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration as well as various other government agencies.
