From the News article:

Harry Forrest, a Buffalo-based personal injury lawyer who has handled several other bus injury cases, said any cases against the bus company are likely to total in the millions. Forrest had previously represented three passengers who were on a double-decker Megabus, mostly Canadians traveling from Toronto the New York City, that rolled over on the Thruway in Clarence and sent at least a dozen people to the hospital during a winter storm in December 2009.

"This is more of an unusual case, where it’s a much larger scale,” Forrest said. “Just by necessity, you have to be creative in investigating and looking for all responsible potential parties to the accident," he said.
